By accessing or using any Graphite IT SaaS application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Graphite IT provides white-labelled SaaS applications for UK businesses, including but not limited to document management, CRM, project management, and compliance tools. Each application may have additional specific terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. White-Labelling and Customisation

Our applications can be white-labelled and customised to your business requirements. Customisation agreements will be documented separately and may include additional terms regarding branding, intellectual property, and pricing.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our applications. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will endeavour to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphite IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
